Ian Brown, ESQ
CEO
Ian Brown is an experienced and dynamic real estate professional. Prior to founding Brown Brothers Realty, Ian was a senior consultant at a commercial real estate firm specializing in valuation and real estate analytics. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, Ian is also a licensed appraiser and earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. His responsibilities include investment sales, debt restructuring, tax appeal, buyer and seller representation, property valuation, highest and best use analysis, and tenant and landlord representation. Through his diverse and well-rounded experience, Ian is able to apply creative approaches to assist clients in reaching their investment goals, as well as navigating their real estate challenges.

Adam Brown
ASSOCIATE
Adam Brown has experience across a number of disciplines within commercial real estate, from valuation to corporate consulting to brokerage. Beginning his career in valuations for FDIC insured transactions, Adam honed his skills in financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and economic forecasting. He then moved into corporate consulting and brokerage helping clients like Starbucks Corporation, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and University of Washington make strategic decisions regarding their real estate needs. Whether it was planning a new long-range plan for the areas immediately surrounding campus or accommodating parking needs for the world headquarters of an ever-expanding global coffee enterprise, Adam has put the fundamentals of real estate to work to help discover the best solution for clients’ real estate concerns. In his most recent endeavor, Adam advises buyers and sellers of Affordable Housing around the nation through a comprehensive understanding of Section 42 of the IRS Code influencing Low Income Housing Tax Credit apartments.
